It’s a beautiful apartment lots of natural light. Everything is furnished except the bedrooms. Two floors. 3beds 2baths. In such a great location between cheap chinatown good meals and LES lively spots to have drinks. The two bedrooms have beds in them that you could buy for very cheap off of my previous roommates who are leaving (both went back to France).

About the roomies

Im a filmmaker editing documentaries, graduated NYU two years ago, im French, 24yo. I’m looking for two roommates. I’ve lived with males and females before without any issues. I keep things clean :) Landlord does not accept guarantor, you would need to make good wage to be accepted. The lease would include everyone as co-tenants and would be 11months.
