*All-Inclusive Rent: $700/month flat fee covers your room, all utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

*Updated Living Spaces: Fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable shared living room, laundry on-site, and clean common areas.
*Live-In On-Site Senior Roommates: A dedicated, Senior Roommate on-site to ensure the home remains clean, safe, and peaceful for everyone.

House Expectations & Guidelines

We take pride in maintaining a clean, chaos-free, and respectful atmosphere. To keep our community safe and supportive, all residents agree to follow our house guidelines:

*Zero-Tolerance Policy: Strict drug- and alcohol-free environment with random accountability screenings. *Daily/Weekly Structure: Nightly curfews, participation in regular house routines, and weekly house meetings.

*Professional Oversight: Co-founded by a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with 20 years of experience and a certified neurobehavioral specialist. *Mutual Respect: No overnight guests, respectful noise levels, and shared responsibility for keeping personal and common spaces tidy.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking reliable, self-pay residents who value cleanliness, respect their housemates, and thrive in an accountable, positive environment.

Move-In Requirements: $700 first month’s program fee + brief phone/in-person intake interview to ensure a good fit for the house.
