The area is great access to 565 off of County Line Rd. The community is very quiet and has a saltwater pool with cabana and BBQ area, and walkable roads and sidewalks. Wonderful neighbors! You’ll have your own private room & bathroom, fully furnished. Access to the house except owner’s suite & bathroom and the other roommate’s room & bathroom. There is a screened in porch and fenced in backyard. The house is beautifully decorated.

I’m preparing to retire in September but will still work for the company by teleworking part-time and going in occasionally. The other roommate works M-F with regular work hours, gets up at the crack of dawn, and goes to bed early. I’m not a night owl and when going into the office out in the kitchen by 5:30am. Sleeping in for me on the weekends is 8am at the latest. We are both respectful, neat/clean, and get along very well. We’re looking for someone to join us. I like to cook and the roommate does meal prep. When it comes to cooking & eating the roommate refers to us as Felix & Oscar (you’d have to be a certain age to know what she’s referring to). There are only 2 TVs in the house, one in the Family/Living Room and the other in my bedroom. It’s actually a pretty quiet, easy-going household with no drama. We are looking for someone who melds well with us and is willing to pitch in when necessary (if I forget, which is rare, to take out the trash bin on Wednesday night, dishwasher duties, etc.).
