Hi! I am looking to sublease my bedroom in Holladay for August. $830/month plus $60-90 utilities. Option to sign the new 1 year lease in September!
This is an awesome, updated home. Katie has been living here for several years and is the only roommate staying for this next lease term (the rest of us have decided to move out to live with friends).
There is a downstairs and upstairs kitchen but all common spaces on both floors are shared. A great back yard and patio. Lots of garage space. Preferred outdoorsy roommates but anyone who is clean and respectful will be considered!
The bedroom is in the basement and has a private bath and good sized closet.
There is a spare room downstairs but it is currently having some work done. Once up and running again, it can be used for when friends/family visit:)

Katie is early 30s and does Grant Writing. She is outdoorsy and loves to cook. Jared and Kyle are both nurses and also outdoorsy- they would be there for August but then would be moving and and new roommates (like a couple of Katie’s friends) will be moving in!
