• We have two rooms available, so you may see another posting listed (This posting is for room B).

• Located two blocks away from the Mississippi River (East River Parkway) and 1.5 miles from the U of MN East Bank Minneapolis campus. Quick freeway access to I-94 and 280.

• Rent for the bedroom is $585 per month (Deposit of $450) with ALL utilities included: electricity, basic cable TV, heat, A/C, water, trash/recycling, laundry, and WiFi.

• Great common living areas & TV room in addition to the bedroom, closet, and shared bathroom. The bedroom is about 10’ x 11 with a 2’ x 8’ closet.

• The bedroom comes furnished (twin bed, 2 dressers, desk, chair) or unfurnished (rent is the same either way).

• There is plenty of on-street parking directly curbside to the house (no permit required). Space in the garage for bicycle storage.

• Deposit $450

• The lease term is 1 year preferred

• At least one reference requested.
