Looking for a roommate to rent the other room with private bathroom in the townhouse I’m at! Lease is typically a year but the landlord is willing to work with the right person if needed. Move in and start of lease can happen any time on or after Aug 7th (UF classes start Aug 20).

Located in rockwood villas only a few min drive from campus and on a bus route

Along a bus route but located only a few min drive to campus, oaks mall, and to split rock preserve

Common space is furnished- tv, couch, washer and dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, porch, gate, etc.

I have a video doorbell and robo vacuum

Neighborhood has tennis and volleyball courts and two pools

I’m a phd student studying evolution! Big fan of getting outdoors, reading, running, and making art. I tend to stay to myself and I’d say I’m very quiet :)

I have cats but their food, litterbox, etc. is upstairs (my room) and they sleep in there too so you’d only ever encounter them for the nice parts of having cats (playing and cuddling).

I’m very clean and looking for someone who matches that energy w/ the common spaces/ respects my stuff and is equally courteous!
