Single family, three story home. The first floorbis shared space kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area. Second floor has two bedrooms, one bed room is occupied by a female in her mid 20s. There’s off st parking, a roof deck, and is about 10-15 minutes from rt2, groceries, movies, and fsu. You’d have your own private room, and share one full bathroom with the full time tenant. I have my own bathroom. There are no laundry facilities onsite for use.

You’ll have access to a large yard with tree coverage and gardens.

I’m in a male in my mid 30s, and I have a boyfriend who is here 3 ir 4 days a week. He brings is 15lb hypoallergenic dog with him. I do have a puppy who’s also hypoallergenic, she’s in training. I have a dog walker, and I work from home most days so she’s not often left alone.

The female tenant just graduated and is job searching.

We are both very clean and would expect the next tenant to be just as clean and responsible.
