My mother had to go into residential care unexpectedly, and I am looking for someone to split the rent with me until my lease is up in May 2027, possibly longer if they are approved by the landlord. The room is one large bedroom with an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and double sink. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all fully furnished and shared. There’s a dishwasher, garage with washer and dryer, good sized backyard, and a peach tree in the front yard. Driveway has room for another car so you wouldn’t have to park on the street. There is a bed and a tv in the room that can be removed if you don’t need them. Internet and utilities are already on, I just ask that you split the cost if possible. The house is clean and pretty easy to keep that way. Offer would be contingent upon landlord approval.

About the roomies

I am divorced and have my daughter every other week. She is fourteen and usually keeps to herself for the most part until she gets to know you. I am a special education teacher and quiet but willing to socialize. I like to read, do just about any kind of craft, play the occasional video game, and play board games. My current boyfriend comes over occasionally during evenings and/or weekends, but he’s quiet too. I have one elderly dog who is very friendly, and one cat who is shy at first but warms up slowly. My daughter’s cat is here with her every other week as well.
