Enjoy your own Private Entrance, Private Bath and fully stocked Kitchenette (stove, fridge, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils) Wi-Fi, streaming TV, heat, water, trash, and sewer are all included in the rent.

This space is ideal for someone who values cleanliness, peace, and privacy. Please note: no drugs, no smoking, no pets, and no on-site laundry.

Rent / Pricing: $900 per month (all utilities & Wi-Fi included)

Security Deposit: One month’s rent

Minimum Stay / Lease Term: 30 days (shorter / longer stays welcome)

Tenant Requirements: Background, credit & ID checks; employment verification; 3 references; must keep space exceptionally clean and quiet

Cleaning Fee: $125 one-time move-out cleaning fee (non-refundable).

***Tenant Responsibility: MUST vacuum weekly and wipe down his/her own kitchen and bath. Vacuum and cleaning products provided in the unit. (Cleaning will only take a few minutes of your time, it is a studio, no major upkeep)

*Optional weekly stay cleaning available on request per house cleaner fee. *Optional laundering of linens, bedding, - fee available on request.
