It’s a beautiful House In elkins Park and the basement is completely finished with a separate entrance. It’s got lots of partial windows with lots of light.It has a bedroom bathroom and a very large living area plus a kitchenette. It’s approximately 1200 ft.² and it was completely remodeled a couple of months ago. It’s two blocks from Melrose train station, for an easy ride into Phildelphia. There is a separate entrance. We would share the laundry facility and the backyard which is enormous and wooded.

I live in upstairs with my two small dogs. I am the homeowner. It’s a quiet peaceful area and it’s important to keep it that way thank you.
