I have a bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Dorchester Center. I have a dog (65lbs, very friendly) and a cat (nosy, but shy). 2 bedrooms are currently occupied so you would be sharing the common spaces (living room, bathroom, kitchen, pantry) with 2 other people (me + another roommate).

The room is unfurnished. It is about 10’ x 14’ large and has 2 south facing windows. It’s $1250/month, all utilities (gas, electricity, water, high-speed internet) included. There is no on site washer and dryer. There are laundromats located less than a 5 minutes drive away.

Location wise, it’s a 7 minute drive or 20 Minute walk from Ashmont Station and from Shawmut Station on the red line. Close to bus stops for the 22, 23, and 26. 13 minute drive to Highway I-93. There is street parking, no permit needed.

Though this room is open to male and female occupants, female tenants who have no pets are preferred as the current occupants are also female and there are already pets in the household.

This apartment currently has 2 female occupants, both working professionals. I work from home and have both a cat and a dog. I’m more introverted. Your other roommate is more social and works full time in person.
