This room is the master bedroom. It has a walk in closet and a closet in the room. The bathroom is completely redone and the room is in the back of the house and does not share walls with the other 3 rooms so it is pretty quiet. The room is aprox 15’x14’ in size.
This is a house we flipped and were selling but converting into co-living. Home is completely redone and is large 2600+ sq feet. It is empty now but we are completely furnishing all common areas (kitchen and both living areas and patio). We can furnish bedroom(s) if needed with multiple options for furniture, bed sizing, etc. If this is needed, add +50 to room rent per month. We have pictures of the furniture that will be going into home and the room furnishings. The link for that we can provide on our google drive for room furnishing options and common area furnishings we plan to place in the homse so please ask.
All Utilities will be paid by tenants (co-op) and there is not a HOA. We can help offset utilities if home is under 50% rented for more than 1 month until the room is rented and provide a percentage back to utilities.
Please message for questions. Application is required but is easy and fast. There is a fee paid directly to background agency. We are open to longer than 12 month stays but lease will be 12 month with option to extend (not a choice on here to select that option).
House is empty now and we will be taking applications for other 3 rooms. We are offering a a discount of 10% off first 2 months rent for successful referrals. Just make sure to notate the referral so we can track it back to the person receiving the discount (nothing after the process is completed please).
