A spacious, fully furnished large bedroom 12x15 is available in a quiet home in Snellville, just off Lee Road. The room includes a queen bedroom set and a 55-inch smart TV.

Rent Includes:

All utilities
High-speed internet (Wi-Fi)
Washer and dryer access

The hallway bathroom is shared. Man or woman 50 plus welcome

House Rules:

No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No illegal drugs.
No pets.
Clean up after yourself in all shared areas.
Overnight guests are permitted only if they leave when you leave, follow all house rules, and do not disturb others.
No frequent visitors or strangers coming and going.

This is a peaceful, drama-free home. Most residents are either at work or relaxing in their rooms. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and drama-free.

Move-In Requirements:

Copy of a valid driver’s license
Last 2 weeks of pay stubs
Last 2 months of bank statements
First and last month’s rent due at move-in ($1,600 total) plus one time $60 credit and application fees

Weekly Rental Option:

$250 per week
First and last week’s rent due at move-in ($500 total)
