Available August 15, 2026: a furnished private bedroom for one person in an owner-occupied home near Harrell Road and Trevarthon Road in Orlando 32817. The renter will have a hall bathroom reserved for their use. Bedroom furniture can be removed if wanted.

Rent is $995 per month, all-inclusive. This includes electricity, water and sewer, high-speed internet (ethernet and wifi), shared laundry, and one designated parking space, subject to reasonable residential use. The refundable security deposit is $500.

The initial term is three months, with possible monthly extensions.

The renter will have full access to the shared kitchen, living room, laundry area, patio, and fenced yard.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Overnight guests are limited to two nights during any seven-day period with advance notice. Smoking and vaping are permitted only outside.

Applicants should have gross income equal to at least 2.5 times the monthly rent or equivalent documented savings, a stipend, financial aid, or a qualified guarantor. The selected finalist will complete a written application and third-party screening.

The home is occupied by one owner, a super friendly Goldendoodle, and an affectionate cat. The animals may be present in shared areas but will not be allowed inside the renter’s closed bedroom or bathroom. No additional dogs are accepted, may consider a cat.
