About the room
It’s a nice size room. Actually slightly larger than mine. The Apartment building is right across the street from a liquor store (only open Noon-9pm though). Nice field in the backyard. Pretty quiet area for the most part.
About the roomies
I grew up in the area but I went to Ann Arbor schools and lived in a Ann Arbor as well. I live in the apartment alone currently. No other roommates. I stay to myself really. I don’t really talk much unless it’s about sports, music, or tech. I work 5 days a week. I would prefer that the potential tenant be employed too; but welcome to SSI.
