About the room

This home is located in a highly desirable neighborhood in North Modesto with convenient access to Highway 99. You’ll be just minutes from shopping, restaurants, Vintage Faire Mall, hospitals, grocery stores, parks, and other everyday conveniences, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.

The private bedroom is located upstairs and offers a pleasant view, creating a comfortable and relaxing retreat. While the full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom in the hallway, it is reserved exclusively for your use and will not be shared with anyone else.

As a tenant, you’ll have access to nearly the entire home, including the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, and backyard. The only private area that is off-limits is the homeowner’s master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The home’s spacious layout provides plenty of room for both of us to enjoy our own space while maintaining privacy, making it feel much more comfortable than a typical shared living arrangement.

About the roomies

I’m the homeowner, and a respectful and easygoing professional in my 50s who works in accounting. I work from a dedicated home office, however, you won’t be disturbed at all. I’m looking for a responsible, considerate roommate who appreciates a peaceful and comfortable living environment.
