The available room is in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse located just off Selby Avenue in St. Paul’s Cathedral Hill neighborhood. Each of us get our own bathroom. The home has a large shared living room, a patio, and plenty of space to spread out. Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning, a dishwasher, garage and off-street parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. The room is approximately 100 square feet, and the home is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, and public transit. It’s a great fit for someone looking for a comfortable home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with easy access to both downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis.

You’ll be living with just one roommate (me!). I’m a college student and work part-time, so I’m usually busy with school, work, or other commitments. I enjoy cooking and baking, I’m clean, respectful, and appreciate open communication.

The house is LGBTQ+ friendly, smoke-free (vaping is okay), and overnight guests are fine in moderation. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, communicates well, cleans up after themselves, and pays rent on time. If you have your own routine and appreciate a calm, comfortable home, we’d probably be a great fit. Living room is furnished!
