Three bedroom 1.5 bath two-story house with fenced-in backyard and three car driveway (lots of street parking too). Really a four bedroom house but smallest bedroom was turned into a laundry room. Upstairs has my bedroom, another large bedroom, and the half bath. Downstairs has a smaller bedroom, laundry room, kitchen, full bath (so shared shower), and two adjoined living rooms - which I turned one into a home gym. Small porch out front and large porch out back. On a month-to-month lease with property management and they must give 60 day notice to vacate, so would need to submit application with them, although I already qualify for the property alone so should be an easy process. I’ve lived here two years, I plan on staying at minimum until March, probably longer. You could potentially take over the place if I leave, total monthly rent is 1550. Heat/electric would be split, with the average month in Summer/Fall/Spring being 250ish and Winter being 400ish. I can cover water and WiFi(500mb) plus I do the lawncare. House is 3 minutes from 690 ramps, 3 minutes from Walmart, 5 minutes from Erie Blvd and 10 minutes from downtown.

Just me, myself and I. I’m a manager in the city school district, so I work M-F 9-5 with occasional evenings and weekends. I’m a relative homebody, sometimes going out, but usually hanging at home relaxing and trying to force myself to use the home gym. I don’t have people over too often but don’t mind company as long as everyone is respectful. My ideal situation is that you take the downstairs bedroom, so we can have like an upper/lower sleeping arrangement, but the upstairs bedroom is larger - so I’m flexible.
