Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share an apartment with. I’m looking for a place within 15 mins from: Kaiser in Elk Grove, CA. Currently, I’m looking at the Vasari Luxury Apartment Homes in Elk Grove, CA. It will be a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, so we get our own bathrooms. I am moving in on 08/01/26. I hope to find a roommate within a month after moving in. Your rent will be about $1150 a month without bills and mine will be about $1250 without bills. The month of August will be rent free so first payment will be 09/01/26. You can move in anytime in August.
About the roomies
I’m super clean. No pets, no shoes in the house, and no strangers. Our home will be a safe environment. Friends, partners, and family are welcome. We can take turns with chores. I’ll be working M-F, 8am-5pm (not virtually) as an intern training to be a clinical psychologist. So I’ll be going to bed early Sunday-Thursday night. We will respect each other’s sleep and keep the noise down. Your room and closet will likely be standard size. Students are welcome. I’m empathetic, understanding, reasonable, fun, and I have a growth mindset. I’m hoping to room with like-minded people. Good luck on your search!
