Single room available in a 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment in north Mount Vernon. Some features: Washer and dryer in-unit, one designated spot and street parking available, all parts of unit will be furnished except available room. I will be moving in at the same time you will, so I cannot give tours prior to August 1st. A walkthrough video sent to me by the landlord will be provided to serious inquires, and I am happy to answer any questions/concerns

I am a 28YO female, and am able to keep the space neat and reasonably quiet at appropriate hours. Looking for someone of similar age and disposition to share the space with. I enjoy cooking and outdoor activities, and welcome someone who enjoys the same. If you prefer to keep to yourself, that’s also just fine. There are 2 female cats that will reside in the unit, but absolutely can stay out of your space if requested. Other cats are welcome as long as:

1. They are fixed and communicable-disease-free.
2. They have lived with other cats before and have been observed acclimating positively. My older cat has anxiety, so only social, respectful cats would be a good fit.
3. They would live exclusively in your room until everybody is acclimated.
