Starting August I’ll have the main bedroom with a full attached bath available for rent. Features laminate cherry wood floor, big west-facing window, large closet, washer/dryer in unit, central AC, a gated garage parking spot, wi-fi, pets allowed, couples welcome, very LGBT friendly! It’s a really warm space. I repainted the walls a really nice warm vanilla white and had the tub refinished.

Shared living/dining/kitchen. Living room is very cutely decorated with a comfy couch and media center with lots of games and large TV, a gas fireplace that rarely gets used but looks cute, and with lots of plants by the balcony glass door. Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washer, oven/stove, air fryer/toaster oven, among other tools and smaller appliances. I do a decent amount of cooking and baking.

Very quiet neighborhood very close to the major studios and the airport. Close to a bus stop, and about a 10-minute drive from the NoHo metro station, and about 7 minutes from the Downtown Burbank station. There are few parks nearby and shops within walking distance. Tons of shaded street parking. Very safe neighborhood for walking as well!

I’ve lived in the area for about 12 years now. I’m trans and have a background as a musician working in the audio/tech industry. Was recently laid off, and have been working as a bartender while I pivot careers and am potentially looking into returning to school. My hobbies are usually video games, going to the gym, going out for food/drinks, or seeing drag shows. Occasionally I like to go do outdoorsy activities like hiking, beach hangs, camping, or just a little trip up to the mountains for some R&R. I currently just have one really big chill himbo cat (pictured, his name is Lotus), but grew up with a lot of dogs and other critters, so am open to most pets!
