Located on a residential road in a nice area. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, spacious living room, small balcony, large pantry and lots of closet space. The room available is spacious, has two windows, closet, and double doors to enter. You will also be able to use one of the hallway closets in the apartment for extra storage. The bathroom will be shared with one roommate who will likely alternate between using the bathroom in my room and yours.
About the roomies
My other roommate and I are both professional ballet dancers ages 23 and 22. I have been living in this apartment for 4 years and my roommate has been living here for 3 years. I do have a pet bunny rabbit so if you have any allergies to rabbits be aware. We are very friendly and welcoming people who enjoy relaxing at home and occasionally going out to eat in town or taking day trips to nyc.
