There is 1 other roommate mid 20’s female student/ worker staying here, so age and gender is not an issue. Must be clean, no animals, contract can be discussed in interview. no animals. you have a private fridge, but can use main in the kitchen. I have all gadgets for cooking Discussion for friends to come over can be over the interview. No animals. Your room has a south facing window great for plants. ac for the summer, and wood stove for the winter.
