The home is in a convenient location, just minutes from Costco, Whole Foods, shopping, and restaurants, with easy access to I-5 and Hwy 99.

Looking for responsible, clean, and respectful female tenants who enjoy a quiet and peaceful home environment. Working professional preferred.

Each bedroom is furnished with a brand-new queen-size bed and mattress.

Shared areas include the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and workout room with a treadmill and sit-up bench. Shared bathroom with only one female tenant.
