Apologies for the mess and bad pics Im still moving in lol. LOOKING FOR PART TIME ROOMIE - UTILITIES INCLUDED (Must be high travel (traveling job, travel nurse, stewardess, pilot, etc.) I’m renting out a part of my VERY small studio (about 300 to 400 sq ft with full kitchen and bathroom in a lovely Victorian) until March. Bathroom and kitchen are shared and I would clear out a space for you on the other side of the room for a twin bed, and a privacy divider. This is not for someone who stays home frequently, ideally less then or only half the month and travels more often then not and is looking for a home base. I’m very clean and organized, have one dog (no more pets sorry!) and expect tidiness! The location is amazing, everything is walkable (about 5 mins from the T, 12 mins from right downtown Salem, you can see the water from our window and the Salem commons is one block away. About a minute only. Truly no need for a car but street parking is available. Looking for someone lowkey, in their early 30s or late 20s! Thanks! FEMALES ONLY. This is a very clean quiet building. People come to clean the lobby and entire building every 2 weeks. It’s a historical building so has lots of charm. About 3 min walk from the cove/water as well and 5 min walk from all shops and mall. All Utilities-WiFi, Sewage/Trash, Water, Electric, and all maintenance repairs are included LARGE open space backyard with garden, flowers and bbq grills and chairs 🥰 everyone’s welcome to put their own small plants.

Good to know: ABSOLUTELY NO smoking weed. Odorless pens are ok but please keep them outside. Preferably someone in their mid 20s or late 30s NO couples it’s too small. TRAVELLING INDIVIDUALS ONLY This is meant to be a home base. No children No additional people Cleaning up after yourself is essential.

I am a 28 year old woman who works in vet med. I have an old 12 year old pug and I work short hours and prefer to be at home with my dog most of the time but do go out! I keep to myself but am always down to chat a bit.
