It may not be a total built off room but the space has a desk, bed and tv. It has about everything you might need to settle down. A divider separates you from the rest of the condo while I have my room off. I am currently looking for someone who works home full time to help keep my dog company. Please reach out if you’d be willing to reduce the price since I really just need someone to be here while I’m working some days and won’t be coming home until late night. If you’re not working home full time then your schedule might look like you only work early mornings and come back before noon. The price is low for this reason, for I would need to rely on you to be here most days, again, for my dog. I’d love to chat for more information!

About the roomies

I work part time at a restaurant working mostly closing shifts. I sometimes make noise after 10pm. My condo area likes it’s quiet, but it is still nice to be around. It’s usually peaceful other than the golf course in front of us. Safe area, and close to downtown!

I would ask, keep your noise to a minimum. If you want to bring someone over, it should be short and known in advance. Another thing, clean up after yourself. You don’t need to be perfect, but we shall work together to keep a clean space.
