About the room

Friendly, outgoing home owner welcomes newcomer with a calm, safe, clean environment to call home. The bedroom that is available to rent has a super comfortable bed, large closet and the room itself has an accent wall of aged wood. The room features blackout cellular shades that provide a completely dark room for a night of quiet rest. The full private bath across the hallway is dedicated to this bedroom.

The home itself is a recently renovated Mid Century home with an in ground pool. This corner lot has lots of back yard tree shade, is surrounded by a wooden fence and partial concrete block wall that offers a strong sense of privacy and security. It is located in a neighborhood of single family residences which accounts for the low population density and lack of street traffic.

The open floor plan interior of the house is a well-cared for, clean and bright environment that invites relaxation and comfort.

The remodeled kitchen is fully-equipped and has a sit down bar for two with a large dining area adjacent to the kitchen.

The screened in lanai is a comfortable outdoor sitting area with a large flat screen TV, electric blinds for privacy, a mini fridge and exit to the pool. The pool is lit in the evening for safety, there are lounge chairs and a pool umbrella and colorful potted flowers surrounding the perimeter of the pool. The back yard resembles a small family compound with a secondary dwelling entirely separate from the primary home.

About the roomies

I am only occasionally in this home, and the room within the house will be very much like having the home to yourself, private and quiet. I work in my home office, on the other side of the pool and often sleep in this other dwelling, and again, it will be like having the home to yourself.
