I currently live with my two teenage children. My daughter will be leaving for college in about a month, so it will soon just be me and my teenage son. My kids are quiet, respectful, and usually spend their time in their own rooms, so the apartment is generally very calm.

Because my son has asthma, this is a strictly non-smoking home. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the apartment.
