The room: 14’0“ x 10’6“, which can easily fit a queen-size bed and a desk! The largest room in the apartment with ample sunlight. The room has a built-in closet and hardwood floors.
The property: Top floor of the apartment with a nice balcony, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Laundry in the basement so no need to haul clothes outside in the winter. It’s about a 3-minute walk to the 89 and 101 bus lines, and a 15-minute walk to the Green Line (Gilman Square!). There is street parking (with a permit) or off-street parking for an additional fee each month. We are in Winter Hill, with less than a 15-minute walk to Magoun Square.
Sabrina (22F): Hi all! I’m going to be a research tech at MGH. I love going to the movies, relaxing with a craft project, or just hanging out with friends. I’m really excited to find the best bubble tea spots and bars in Boston!
Pearson (22M): I’m a young property management professional who recently moved to the area. I love going on bike rides, playing/watching soccer, and trying new restaurants all over the Boston area!
