Private Bedroom in Summerlin | $850/mo (All-inclusive)

I’m looking for a responsible, clean, and easygoing roommate to share my 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with in Summerlin. I’m currently the only occupant. You’d have a private bedroom and your own full bathroom. The third bedroom may eventually be rented in the future—if that happens, we’ll select the occupant together to ensure comfort and compatibility for everyone. Your bathroom would then be shared with the third occupant.
