Baker St

I have a master bedroom available for rent starting now! Baker Block is an awesome apartment community by The Camp and The Lab in Costa Mesa. It has amazing amenities, great people and the units are very nice. I am looking for a normal, clean, fun-loving roommate who wants to move into the master bedroom. The unit is 2 bedrooms overlooking the pool (which is awesome!). The master bedroom has its own connected bathroom. Washer dryer in unit, dishwasher, etc. Connected garage parking is free. The amenities here are incredible (Common living room, 2 fire pits, hot tub and pool with cabanas, sky loft, zen garden, 4 grills - the apt is only 2 years old).

Move in is ready now and there is no security deposit!

I’m 34, single and I work locally. Respectful, easy going and looking for a similar person. If we become friends, awesome, if not we will just be awesome roommates together. I really love living here and have made a lot of friends in the community. There are a lot of young professionals and I have become friends with so many people by hanging out in the hot tub and common areas.
