Looking for a roommate

Looking for a clean, responsible roommate to rent a private bedroom with its own private bathroom.

Rent: $1,000/month + half of the electric bill. Everything else is included.

The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood near the Tanger Outlets in the Brentwood/Antioch area, about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. I’ve lived here for the past two years and it’s been a great place to live. The landlord is private and has always been quick to take care of any maintenance or issues.

My roommate recently moved back home, so his room is now available. The room and upstairs have brand-new hardwood floors, and the house gets plenty of natural light.
