Residents enjoy two full kitchens—one upstairs and one downstairs—modern renovated bathrooms, on-site laundry, a complimentary Keurig coffee station, and several comfortable common areas. The screened sunroom is a peaceful place to read, journal, play games, or relax after a long day. Off-street parking may also be available and should be confirmed before booking.

The home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood with a peaceful wooded-lot feel. It is approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Decatur and 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, with convenient access to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, parks, MARTA connections, East Lake, Avondale Estates, and major Atlanta employment centers.

The owner/host lives on-site downstairs with a separate entrance and is available when needed while respecting each resident’s privacy. The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and community-minded without being intrusive. Everyone has the privacy of their own furnished Private Room or Private Suite, while the kitchens, sunroom, and other common areas provide opportunities to connect naturally.

We welcome considerate residents who communicate respectfully, clean up after themselves, and help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There are no parties or events, no indoor smoking or vaping, and only registered overnight guests are permitted.

We also plan occasional quarterly lunches or dinners so residents can connect, share feedback, and help us keep the home comfortable, clean, and responsive to everyone’s needs. The focus is on reliability, mutual respect, peaceful living, and being a good neighbor.
