Looking for a clean, responsible professional to rent two private bedrooms and a private bathroom in my beautifully maintained 1,700 sq. ft. home.

This setup is a little unique—and that’s what makes it a great opportunity. Another roommate lives in the home but is typically only here Monday through Wednesday, so you’ll have the house almost entirely to yourself every weekend and several days during the week.

About the roomies

The current roommate is a software engineer who is friendly, easygoing, and respectful. He typically works a standard schedule and is only at the house Monday through Wednesday, so you’ll have the home largely to yourself the rest of the week.

He’s quiet, keeps shared spaces clean, and is considerate of others. If you’re someone who prefers your own space, he’ll absolutely respect that. If you’re more social, he’s always happy to grab dinner, check out a new restaurant, or chat from time to time.

Overall, it’s a relaxed, drama-free living environment that’s a great fit for someone looking for a comfortable place to call home.
