The home is shared with 2 cats and 1 friendly dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets. Rent is plus 1/3 of utilities. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, reliable, and easy to live with. If you’re a good fit, you’ll need to pass a background check and be added to the lease before moving in.
