Hello all, I’m looking for a new Roommate. The room dimensions are about 10ft x 11ft and there is also 2ft x 7ft of closet space as well. There is also two hallway closests that are 2ft x2ft and 4ft x 2ft. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and patio are all shared areas. Let me know if you are interested or if someone you know is interested. Also, pets are allowed but no dogs or cats. Everything within the shared areas of the apartment are shared but to tell you the truth there are not many things to share because I myself have only lived here since April so the only two areas that arre furnished are the bathroom and the kitchen. There will be a biweekly list of Chores to be done every 2 weeks to keep the shared areas clean.

My name is Cris and I’m 32 years old. I’m Mexican American and I’m from the Bay Area. I currently work in Vallejo and I spend most of half my day at work while the other half at the apartment Monday-Friday. Saturdays, I tend to go out with friends/family but sometimes I do stay home. Sundays, I tend to also go out with friends/family and got to church but if there is nothing going on with friends or family then I stay home. I also have a dog staying with me and his name is Shadow and he’s a 5 year old Siberian Huskey and friendly. I sometimes have friends or family over to visit or hang out. I also tend to walk the dog twice a day and workout in the morning.
