Looking for a clean, responsible and respectful roommate to share my condo. A little about the place: -Technically a 2bd/1.5 bath, but huge place 3 floors. Half bathroom on 2nd floor, and full bathroom on 3rd floor. -It’s just me living so you will only be sharing spaces with 1 other person. You can decide if you want first floor room (most private) or the bedroom closer to mine on the 3rd floor. -Full kitchen, washer, dryer. We also have a nice patio and your own designated parking space right in front of the house -Quiet neighborhood, 3 min drive to Kent Trader Joes and Safeway (walkable in less than 10 using the trail!)

I am a FT teacher & PT nanny. I am rarely home but I do like a once in a while roomie hangout 🙂 cook together, or go for a walk, get groceries together, watch a movie, or we can just sit and talk about our days. Pretty chill not too many rules, but landlord asks for no smoking inside the house and I would like to keep shared spaces tidy.
