I am a very friendly, and neat person who is easy to get along with. its a 2bed 2bath condo so i am looking to rent 1 of the bedrooms out so i need a very neat and responsible person/individual to rent the extra bedroom. Preferably a non-smoker who is easy going and quiet because i like a quiet house.
