Hi everyone! My partner and I are looking for a roommate to share our super spacious 3 bed, 2.5 bath apartment in Mesa right off Higley & Baseline! The floor plan is just over 1,600 sq. ft., so there’s plenty of room and it never feels cramped.
You’d have your own private bedroom and a shared bathroom with the third bedroom, but that room is just used as a home office/spare room and is very rarely occupied, so you’ll basically have the bathroom to yourself almost all the time.
The apartment is honestly gorgeous! It has high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, walk-in closets in every bedroom, central A/C, high-speed internet, and a private patio. All utilities are included in the rent, so you won’t have to worry about splitting a bunch of extra bills. Rent would begin once you’re approved through the apartment and added to the lease, with move-in shortly after.
The community itself is amazing too! There’s a pool and spa, a full gym with separate yoga and cardio rooms, a beautiful clubhouse that’s perfect for studying or hanging out, a business center with public printers, an outdoor cabana with a poolside kitchen and grills, a dog park, gated entry, EV charging stations, a playground, and on-site management.
The location is honestly one of my favorite parts right on the border of Mesa into Gilbert and we’re right off the US-60, close to tons of shopping and restaurants, and both Fry’s and Sprouts are within walking distance, which is super convenient.

Hi! My name is Morgan. I’m 22 years old, and my partner Spencer (24) and I just moved into a brand-new, spacious 1,600 sq. ft. apartment. We got the keys on July 22, 2026, and we’re excited to make it feel like home!
As far as roommates go, we’re super chill people. I’m definitely a down-to-earth, clean, hippie-vibes kind of girl who loves having a home that smells amazing and looks beautiful, ideally decorating with fake and real plants, boho, and earthy feel/colors! So we’re looking for someone who’s also clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
I work at Starbucks and attend ASU Online, where I’m studying Behavioral Science and Psychology. My partner recently graduated with his master’s in Biomedical Sciences and will be starting dental school next year.
We’re definitely social butterflies and always down to hang out, whether that’s movie nights, game nights, or just chatting around the apartment. That said, we also really like to respect everyone’s personal space and alone time.
We do have a cat who’s about a year and a half old. He’s a fluffy, all white marshmallow sweetheart with the funniest personality. He’s super social, loves people, loves other pets and is the kind of cat who wears a harness, rides around in his backpack, or just lays across your shoulders while you run errands. He’s incredibly chill, loves adventures, but is also playful and a total goofball.
