So I have a spot opening up in a beautiful montavilla craftsman house, available now! I would love for this to be a community/gathering place. Queer friendly. Pets negotiable based on their comfort with my dog You would get your own floor (the whole loft) and a bonus office space for $1500+ split utilities! (Total rent is 2595 +utilities).

You’d share the common areas with myself and my dog Leila. I occupy the basement, and will occasionally use the main floor bathtub. I’m relatively quiet, clean, and social in the neurodivergent way of having days with people and days without The house has a fully fenced backyard, 150 sq ft garden, oversized garage that can be easily turned into a work space/hangout spot. This home is in a great location close to multiple bus lines, stark, Mt Tabor, Burnside, and more. I have not fully furnished the main floor which consists of your bathroom and office, as well as the kitchen living room, dining room, and sitting room. If you love your furniture, this is the place for you!

I’m a 28 year old audhd, disabled trans man who loves nerdy things and art. I enjoy dnd, go to life coaching school, and work graveyards. I keep my wheelchair in the garage to charge, and go out at least weekly. I love hosting movie or game nights, and would love to find someone to join in occasionally. I’m currently looking for a new job to help bring that cost down for both of us if possible. This is a poly, kink, and 420 friendly household.
