Sunny, furnished room for rent in 2BR townhouse in downtown, Baltimore. Iām a 33 year old male who travels for work M-F. I have a 7 year old dog (beagle mix) who is energetic and loves to play, so someone who likes dogs is mandatory. Ideally I supply the house, give you cheap you rent and you look after my dog and the house while Iām away š¤. There are some weeks in which I work locally and will not need a dog sitter.
Rent is $800/mo but can be as low as $400 with money back at the end of each week to compensate for dog care. Away for 1 week = $700 Away for 2 weeks = $600 Away for 3 weeks =$500 Away for 4 weeks - 1 month = $400
Price includes rent and utilities. Location is Seton Hill. On the west side of downtown, close to metro, Harborplace, MICA, Bromo Arts District, Mount Vernon, and more.
