About the room
We have an unfurnished bedroom available in our 4 bedroom townhouse that you would be sharing with 3 other roommates. The house is fully furnished and no storage is available at this time. You will have use of the common areas. Close to Target and DVC. Monthly bills include: PG&E, Internet, Trash ( every other month) and water ( every other month).
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the space with 3 roomies! Diego, Joanna and Michelle. We all get along great and would love someone who is easy going and clean. We mostly keep to ourselves but the vibes are always friendly. Michelle is a preschool teacher who works full time and has a cat that stays in her room. Diego works full time M-F as a welder and Joanna works in retail and going to school, she has a senior cat who stays in her room as well. We’re respectful of work schedules and the home is calm and quiet. :) Light cleaning and taking out garbage is expected as we share these responsibilities.
