This is a private entry apartment located inside of a residential home. There is 1 bed, 1 bath, washer/dryer combo and fully furnished with a bed, large pull out couch, dining table, and even a brand new dishwasher. Wifi, water, trash and any other fees are included in rent, but you are responsible for your portion of the electric (in my experience its about $150.) We are the current tenants and would like to find someone to move in by the first week of august. This is short notice because the person who was originally going to move in fell through. Pets are allowed but results in a +$200 increase in rent ($1400 monthly.) Unfortunately not wheelchair accessible as you must go down stairs to enter.

The landlord lives upstairs but does not have access to the apartment. The front door locks and deadbolts, and there is stairs that lead to the upper area but it is latched on both sides so its impossible for entry. He is super chill and just wants a reliable tenant(s) who are going to pay on time and treat the property with respect. As the current tenants, we are so in love with this space but due to a loss of a job we are no longer able to keep ourselves afloat. We just want someone to move in and love the space as much as we do.
