A private room with furnishings is now available in a cozy house that has facilities like laundry and internet connection. What we are looking for are clean and responsible persons, male or female. The rent would cover the use of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The monthly rent will cost $660 and this includes all the utilities except electricity, which would cost about $20. There is available parking space at the street in front of the house. No smoking, no partying. Immediate occupancy is possible.
