North Evergreen Street

The room is 13’x12’ with a closet of 6’x4’x6’ and a cupboard space above the closet with 6’x4’x3’ of space. There are two windows on either wall of the room overlooking the side yard and backyard. Included is an overhead light and a vent for AC. It does not share any adjacent walls with the other two rooms in the house allowing for extra privacy. In the backyard there are fruit trees(avocados, loquats) that overhang onto the property and a pepper tree in the backyard providing an abundance of shade.

Currently there are two other Roomate’s living in the other two rooms on the property. They are both professional men who work 9-5 everyday of the week. One of them has started a small garden in the back and plans to share the produce with other Roomate’s. Everyone is very friendly and there have been no conflicts as long as I have lived here. I would stay here longer, but have recently been approved for a job transfer and need to move.
