Lovely gated townhomes in a quiet area of Murrieta. My daughter is my roommate and she is getting married so I’m looking for two roommates. The community has a pool and spa and is very close to the border of Temecula. I have a 2 car garage and driveway for parking and a small backyard and washer dryer in the garage.

About the roomies

Just myself and my dogs. Great neighbors and everyone keeps to themselves. Walking distance to Old Town Murrieta, pickleball, park, library & senior center.

I’m very easygoing, a mother of grown kids so I get along well with all ages. This is a calm, respectful and no drama household. Life is hard enough so laughter & keeping it light is always my motto.
