Beautiful townhome is high demand quiet neighborhood. Walk to all sorts of businesses, from coffee shops and groceries to movie theaters. BART 6 minutes drive. Public transportation within walking distance. Pool and spa areas, parks all around and neighborhood well maintained. Bathroom is only shared sporadically with ONE other person .

I’m a school teacher and yoga instructor. I am also a passionate animal advocate and mentor two at risk girls. I’m very open but follow my Roomate clues when it comes to amount of interaction. My 26 yo son sleeps here during the day and works in intelligence 9-8am so we never see him!. Sporadically my dad visits. He is 87 and a sweet, intelligent kind man.
