Looking for a replacement as our other roommate is moving abroad. Roommates are 2 guys in their late-20s/early-30s. (MIT and state government)

About the roomies

Roommates are 2 guys in their late-20s/early-30s (MIT and state government). One of us is American and the other German. The vibe is super chill and we’ll hang out from time to time watching movies or sports, having barbecues, etc. The most important trait we look for in a roommate is communication and following through with basic responsibilities (paying bills snd cleaning).
