The home features a beautiful backyard, a cozy front porch, and hard flooring throughout—no carpet. Utilities are included up to $400 per month; if the total exceeds that amount, any overage is split 50/50.
Located in a quiet, established neighborhood with plenty of mature trees and local wildlife, the home offers a peaceful setting. It’s an older house with lots of character, so there are a few quirks that I’m gradually updating and improving.
About the roomies
A little about me: I’m a 36-year-old woman living with my two German Shepherds. They’re both incredibly sweet, but they’re always on guard and take their job as protectors seriously.
I’m pretty laid-back and quiet and enjoy spending my free time crafting, reading, going to concerts, hiking, and building things. I like to keep the house clean and organized—at least as much as my ADHD brain allows! I’m respectful of shared spaces and appreciate a comfortable, low-drama home.
