The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in Waldorf, MD. Walmart is a 2 minute drive (basically around the corner), and St. Charles Towne Center mall, Target, and Sam’s Club are all about 4 minutes away. The College of Southern Maryland’s Waldorf campus is close too. If you commute for work, Joint Base Andrews is about 20 minutes out and DC is under 40.
I’m the owner and I live in the house too, in one of the other bedrooms, so it’s not an absentee-landlord situation. There are 4 other private rooms rented out to a mix of working professionals. Everyone has their own keyed room, and we share the kitchen, living room, and laundry. It’s a quiet, respectful household, no drama, no parties, just people who keep to themselves and are considerate of shared spaces.
